Lexmark makes inexpensive printers, but as with other manufacturers their ink is expensive and not available in generic or re-fillable cartridges. If the quality of the ink were higher I wouldn't complain about the price of their cartridges, but black should be black, not dark gray. This is good for generic printing, but I certainly wouldn't expect to print photos with it.

I ordered a black printer cartridge for my Lexmark printer X5495...and was sent a color cartridge that the printer wont recognize, so there fore wont even work... a waste of money and of course cant reach the seller!!!
