the product i ordered was supposed to be in retail packageing and it was not. the black ink did not last more than three days. i only printed fifty pages. i am not impressed with this at all.It was a waste of money. i will not order ink thru this site again unless the problem is fixed.

This is the third time I have ordered from this company. I receive brand new, brand name ink cartridges in excellent order and within the time frame they allow. At this point, they are the least expensive for me for this brand of ink jet cartridge and I will continue to buy from them until I can no longer afford to, which I hope doesn't happen.

It arrived promptly and was cheaper than any other place I checked. It lasts me around five months or so, but I mainly use it for coupons and papers for school so I don't use a ton of ink. It was really easy to put it into my printer and the instructions were extremely simple and direct.

I purchased the ink for my in-laws. They are away from home and living in an apartment close to medical services. They were given a spare electronics... laptop, printer, and what not from family members. They were concerned about the price of ink and not going to print paper copies of the medical bills and the like. So we sent the ink to ensure that the would feel comfortable printing all of the documents that they might need. The starter ink lasted about a week, so this ink was there in time to allow them to continue printing.
The quality and price were good, but being able to get it delivered for the same price as me picking it up in a store was the real deal.
