My Verbatim Blue Toner leaked Blue Toner all over each page I print. Every page has a blue stripe or spot on it. Its not a little blue, its a lot of blue that makes it unreadable because black letters under blue toner look blue.
Verbatim was great when floppy disks were cool. Its time for them to go out of business.

I've had my printer (HP2605dn) for almost two years now and it performs flawlessly. That is, until I decided to try to save some money on non-OEM toner. Now, I have a persistent spot on all my printouts (I'm assuming this is somehow stuck on the drum).
The toner loaded into the printer fine and it produces good results, except for the persistent spot. I may have saved $25 or so on the toner, but now I have an expensive drum replacement facing me if I want perfect printed output.
Live and learn.

I have used other compatibles, but the color of this Cyan Verbatim cartridge seems really off. Kind of sickly looking, too green and yellow. It also tends to streak and I'm very disappointed. I opted not to return it because of their policy and I think I can live with the off color and spots for now.
Update March 8, 2010 - My toner cartridge is leaking toner all over my printouts. DO NOT order from VERBATIM or buy a Verbatim product through Amazon. You will have to go directly to Verbatim if you have a problem with your toner cartridge and their warranty policy is horrible. You will be responsible for shipping it back to them prior to receiving a replacement. Their turn around time is 5-7 business days so if you're like me and this is the only printer you have and the only cartridge you have for that printer you will not be able to print for nearly a month. They will not offer you any other options and they do not reimburse you for shipping. This is particularly painful for me since I live in Hawaii and do not have the option of ground shipping. Parcel post takes 2-3 months one way and airmail or priority mail all the way to Charlotte, NC will cost me double digits.

I thought this was an authentic HP Product until I received it. I sent it back, they just don't last as long and they are too expensive to try other brands.
