As far as toners are concerned, it's easy to replace and send back the old one for recycle. But, still wish it had more lifetime in it, seems every 6 months or so need a new one.

The black toner cartridge was delivered very quickly (2 days, as advertised) and was easy to drop into the printer. I was so pleased with Amazon that I recently ordered the three-color value pack of toner cartridges as well.
